枝肉の形により切り方、盛り付け方は変わります。また脂の付き方も部位により変動致します。味はノーマル、ニンニクマシマシ、激辛（青唐辛子入り）、ニンニクマシマシ+激辛の4種類からお選び下さい。選択なしの場合はノーマルとなります。

ニンニクマシマシは、スライスニンニクとニンニクすりおろしをもみ込みます。
激辛は刻んだ青唐辛子をもみ込みます。
